Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Back Office Specialist / Vault Clerk for a well-established client of ours in St. Paul, MN. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable organization supporting its Wealth Management & Investment Services division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize mortgage loan documents and collateral files.
  • Receive, prepare, and process incoming materials for inventory.
  • Ship and receive files/packages between locations, verifying quantity and condition.
  • Locate and retrieve documents to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Perform manual handling of file folders while maintaining organization and accuracy.
  • Conduct inventory checks and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Create and apply labels to files, match folders and labels appropriately.
  • Re-file documents efficiently, including inserting loose documents into existing files.
  • Process loan documents related to acquisitions or sales.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism
  • Comfortable working on your feet
  • Reliable attendance record
  • Basic math skills

Experience or background in:

  • Warehouse operations
  • Stocking or inventory management
  • Food service or retail
  • Customer service
  • Mailroom administration

Compensation: $17/hour

Location: On-site in St. Paul, MN
