• Collaborate with biochemists on diverse technical assignments—preparing buffers, reagents, and conducting essential testing on raw materials and final products.
• Troubleshoot, interpret data, and resolve technical issues to continuously enhance product quality.

• Degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry (Associate or BS).
• Proficiency in fundamental lab techniques (pH, pipetting, chemical handling).
• Experience with automated immunoassay analyzers, ELISA, or chemiluminescent technology is a significant plus.
• Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills; thrive in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO, and IVDD compliance—ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.
