Seeking a Per Diem Urgent Care physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join a dynamic Immediate Care team at the Providence Hawks Prairie clinic in Lacey, Washington. Walk-in services are provided at clinic locations in Hawks Prairie, Lacey, and West Olympia, which house onsite labs, radiology, and more. • 10-hour shifts
• Compensation is $64.33 and $87.38 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is an organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians, providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within 5 counties in the South Puget Sound region.
