Project Manager, Network Deployment & Supply Chain Operations

1-year contract

$45/hr

You'll be responsible for overseeing the movement and distribution of network deployment equipment across the country, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Arlington, TX, where you will be working five days a week.

What You'll Do

A typical day in this role is focused on making our processes smarter and more efficient. You'll spend your time creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support our large-scale operations. You'll also:

• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly service level agreements ( SLAs ) with our third-party logistics (3PL ) partner and coordinate action plans to close any gaps.
• Help monitor adherence to SOX control activities and provide essential documentation for audit readiness.
• Contribute to national Warehouse Management System ( WMS ) initiatives and other projects designed to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between internal operations, IT teams, and external partners to ensure projects stay on track.
• Collect and analyze key performance indicator ( KPI ) data, create reports, and assist with root cause analysis.

What You Bring

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong bias for execution. You should be able to take ownership of tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• You have at least five years of project management or logistics experience , preferably in a supply chain setting.
• You're familiar with 3PL operations , SLA monitoring, and vendor interactions.
• You have a working knowledge of compliance processes like SOX .
• You can manage project lifecycles and report on milestone progress.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you're excellent at aligning stakeholders.
• You have experience with WMS systems , Office Suite, and tools like PowerBI, Databricks, Power Automate, and PowerApps. Experience with Confluence and ChatGPT is a plus.

Preferred Experience :

• Experience in the telecommunications or network deployment industry.
• Knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies.
• Experience in a nationally distributed operations environment.
