Royal Rinse Car Wash

Title. Charleston Market Lead, reporting directly to VP of Operations

Location. Charleston, South Carolina

Qualifications.

• Three (3), or more, years experience in the car wash industry, with a strong preference for In-Bay-Automatic ("IBA") and Self-Service ("SS") car wash knowledge. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of the car wash industry, car wash equipment, and related trades essential to car washes, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Fierce ownership mindset. When something at your house breaks, you fix it asap. And when something goes wrong at one of your work assets, you similarly sprint to get it fixed. Royal Rinse is maniacal about serving our customers. And that means being always open; always clean. You will be integral in ensuring that happens across the region.
• Enjoys "getting dirty". You'll have the first opportunity to be promoted to a Regional Manager as we continue to grow. But at all times, we expect a strong willingness to work from the field espousing a core tenant for Royal Rinse -- "leaders first".
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with an ability to collaborate across the organization with the Founders, Directors, and Regional General Managers. Moreover, we expect excellent customer service skills when you interact with customers on site.
• Willingness to take out the trash. No job is to small. We all work to serve our customers, at all times.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.

Work Schedule.

• Typically, Monday through Friday, although weekend availability in the event of an emergency is required. We also expect you to digitally check in on your locations and with your team every day (besides vacation, of course) to ensure all of your sites (initially two) are running exceptionally.
• The average work week is approximately 35 hours. Should an emergency arise over the weekend, you will be expected to help. To some degree, this is an "always on" job given our washes are open 24/7 AND we serve to please our customers. But for the avoidance of doubt, you will not be expected to awake at 2am to meet with a customer who did not get correct change!

Compensation & Benefits.

• Compensation. $55,000-$75,000 / year plus monthly profit-share assuming company KPIs are achieved: (1) revenue goal; (2) maintenance expenditures and total disruption time; and (3) customer reviews.
• PTO. Two (2) weeks per year

• The Company will provide you with a vehicle for all work travel that can also be used for reasonable personal activities (ie, going to the grocery store; not driving to California).
